Over Spring Break we went to Missouri for our God Daughter, Isabella’s Quinceanera. It was so surreal to see the little girl I once knew now become a woman. We were so blessed to take part in her milestone celebration. Jeff performed the ceremony and I bestowed the tiara just as we had done for her sister, Arianna, 3 years ago, and Luke was a part of her “court” so he participated in the choreographed dance which he mastered in two days before the event. It was so wonderful to be with our “framily”, friends that feel like family.
Arianna sang “Cinderella” by Stephen Curtis Chapman as part of the ceremony
Luke was thrilled when he finally got to dance with Bella
Her majesty’s court
The favors were filled with chocolate candy
Each of the tables were decorated with different Disney movie themes. The Little Mermaid and Cinderella tables above.
The cake is always my favorite part of any party.. this one was delicious. There was a white tier, a chocolate tier and a marble tier.
Her dad, Peter, wrote a letter for her which brought everyone to tears
