Classic French Toast

Classic French ToastSunday afternoons are usually so crazy that after church we make a bee-line for the nearest Diner. This Sunday Luke had friends over and I made my classic french toast for brunch. It was the perfect dish to serve up for hungry boys. They were cheering “this is the best french toast ever!” Thank you boys! Glad you liked it.

Sliced French Bread

{sliced up some whole grain French bread}

French Toast Dip

{whisked 5 whole eggs, a splash of 2% milk, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon & 1/4 tsp nutmeg}

French Toast Skillet

{Coated the skillet with butter, dipped the French bread into the egg mixture & seared}

Classic French Toast & Syrup{buttered each slice once again and drizzled with agave syrup}
