Jeff and I stepped out of our cooking comfort zone and made this sweet and spicy salmon recipe together. It was the hottest thing I’ve ever eaten, but Jeff loved it. I think my tongue is still seared and we ate it last week. I am not a spicy eater so I might be a bit of a wuss, but Jeff agreed it was a little spicy even for him. Luke was running around like a siren after one bite, so we know who he takes after in the tastebud department. It made for an exciting dinner experience anyway.
