Getting back into the habit of eating healthy after the holidays is always a challenge for me but starting the day off right with a good breakfast is the simplest strategy for success. I’m trying to include green vegetables in every meal so last week I tried pairing poached eggs and asparagus. I thought I’d share for some healthy eating inspiration.
