Spaghetti Smiles


Combing through my Fine Cooking magazine this week I couldn’t quite settle on a recipe that worked with what I had in the fridge so I improvised by sautéing some peppers with a little basil, heirloom tomatoes and crumbled feta.  I combined it with Barilla high protein pasta and topped it off with a pinch of parmesan.  Luke fought me at first but when he finally agreed to taste it he was all smiles.
